Light of Life

An interdisciplinary project where students analyze the intersections between food, fire,and culture. We explore the ways in which food has shaped us, as individuals as well as a species of earth.

Essential Questions

What is fire’s role in the development of human civilization?
How do we use food to express/understand humanity?
How can we use food science to educate our community to make healthier choices?
